1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

9 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, members must first contact our customer support team. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.

• All dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
